Hi!  It’s tough to navigate the grocery store when you have to be concerned with food allergies, sensitivities etc. I’m going to keep an ongoing list here of products that I find work for fructose malabsorption in our home. Please use caution testing them out yourselves, everyone reacts a little differently. These have been safe for TQ  I will also update if we run across any new adverse reactions to any of the products thought to be safe. Perhaps we can share our ideas – we can use all the help we can get! 🙂
